GUASCA is a unique distilled spirit made from fruits indigenous to South America and produced in the tiny village of Guasca, just outside Bogota. The Uchuva berry and Feijoa fruit are sourced locally from small, independent farmers, fermented low and slow for about a month and then distilled. No sugar or additives are used allowing the unique flavors of the fruits to shine.
